CUSTOMS: How we do what we do.

When creating items for our customers, we strive to make the process as easy and efficient as possible. Our goal is to get your unique order to you in no time at all, so here's how our custom order process works. We start by gathering all the necessary information. This includes any specific requirements you may have, such as size, material, or color. We then carefully craft each item to your exact specifications, making sure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome. After that, we work diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible, utilizing the most reliable and efficient shipping methods. So, let's get started and make your custom order a reality!

In order to begin, we need to know what you are looking for. We accept artwork in the form of .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .JPG, or .PNG files, whether they are from the internet, hand-drawn sketches, or prepared artwork.

If you would like to use custom fonts in your artwork, you can find hundreds of font types on Google Fonts.

Then, We need to know how you would like to apply your stamp to leather. Do you intend to use a mallet or a hand press? For the best possible impression, we suggest using a hand press. However, depending on your artwork or the leather you are working with, a mallet may work just as well. Check out our suggested hand press here.

Next, we need to know what material you would like your stamp to be made from. Please take a look at our materials and decide:

Delrin Resin: Ideal for veg-tan leather, this material is crisp and clean, highly durable, and will last for years!
Low-Odor Grey/Pink Rubber: This material is intended for use with an ink pad to mark branding materials, boxes, or anything else.

Finally, we compile all the pertinent details you provided us with and generate a virtual proof of the stamp before it is actually manufactured. The proof we show you will be a precise replica of the item you will receive. We will not proceed with its creation until you have approved the proof and cleared the payment for the invoice. After that, we will manufacture your stamp and send it to you.
